Most images on this site come from the Georgia MLS listing feed and belong to the listing brokerage or its photographer, not to us. Telling us is still the right first step — we can remove it from this site while you take it up with the MLS.
How to send a notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent, below, including all six things the Digital Millennium Copyright Act requires (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it — a page address is ideal.
- Your address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
A notice missing any of these may not be effective. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing can make you liable for damages under §512(f).

Counter-notice
If we remove something you posted and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent, containing your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and telephone number together with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
Repeat infringers
We terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
